What's Really Behind The US Infant Mortality Rate

Steve Chapman of the Chicago Tribune has an excellent piece on infant mortality rates in the U.S. One fact that would have helped his argument even more, in my mind, is the United States' skyrocketing rate of induced labors and caesarian sections.
